To register and use jl29, you must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in gaming and betting activities. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. jl29 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

You must also be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted. Employees of jl29 and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional activity on the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on jl29. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jl29 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. jl29 processes all transactions in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and local Philippine bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jl29 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method you use must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times apply, though VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal handling. jl29 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that matches the name on your jl29 account. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

All players are expected to use the jl29 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of system errors, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. jl29 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular activity, and accounts found to be in breach of this rule will be suspended pending investigation.

Players must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud. jl29 complies with applicable Philippine regulations and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when required. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided, and jl29 reserves the right to recover any funds paid out as a result of such activity. Respectful communication with our support team is expected at all times — abusive or threatening behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated.
